- All are invited to help cut back perennials and prune roses on south island. Come help while learning to do this Fall task. Bring your gloves, clippers and personal water. Always fun to work on the medians.
- Please join in. This is a repeat of cutting back perennials except on the north island this time. If you missed gaining experience on the south island, now is your chance to learn before winter sets in. Bring your gloves, clippers and personal water. Always fun to work on the medians.
- Come lay newspaper and spread mulch under the roses on the south island. This is a new method to help curb weed growth and add nutrients to the soil. Bring your gloves, clippers and personal water. Make new friends or chat with old ones at the medians.
