Meet at: The front of the Museum on the Green – 1944 Main St, Glastonbury
The walk highlights many of the TREES OF INTEREST ON MAIN STREET IN
GLASTONBURY’S HISTORIC DISTRICT that are illustrated in the handbook published
by GPIP. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your personal refreshment as this
walk takes about 1 to 2 hours depending on how much conversation (Q&A) there is.
Fall is the perfect time for a stroll around Hubbard Green to enjoy the beauty of the
trees around us! Come explore the changing colors, learn more about the trees in our
community, and enjoy a leisurely walk with neighbors and friends. Bring your curiosity
and a love of nature!
